A large-scale leading architectural construction firm established in

Beijing in 1953, the Handan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. has

received national first grade qualification certification. Approved by the

Ministry of Construction of P.R.China, it holds the first grade general

contracting qualification certifications on civil engineering, road

engineering, chemical & petroleum engineering, municipal　engineering and

mechanical & electrical equipment installation. It also holds the first grade

contracting qualification certifications on earth & stone work, architectural

decoration and steel-structured projects. Approved by the national Ministry of

Commerce, it has received the qualification certifications on contracting

overseas　industrial & civil engineering and inland international bidding

projects. The corporation owns eight holding companies, eight share companies,

six branch　companies and one overseas engineering company. The corporation

integrates all of the following multi-operations: project contracting, project

supervision, real estate　development, architectural design, property

management, engineering machinery　manufacture, equipment leasing and

commercial entity etc. The corporation owns registered capital of 307.197

million RMB. 

　　The corporation also holds three qualification certifications on

ISO9001 quality　system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001

occupational　safety and health management system. It has been appraised as “

advanced enterprise　for abiding by contracts and keeping promises” for 12

years continuously at　provincial level. It came to the fore 88th within the

national 500 biggest construction　enterprises for four years consecutively.

Since the year 2000, it has been included in 100 strong enterprises for three

years in Hebei province. It was awarded “Hebei　Excellent Enterprise” “

Hebei Advanced enterprise on Quality Administration”,　“Hebei Advanced

Construction Enterprise in Scientific & Technological Field” “Hebei

Advanced Architectural Construction Enterprise” and “National Advanced　

Enterprise on Equipment Administration”. It was also awarded “An Official

Example　Company of China Foreign Trade Enterprises Credit System” by the

Ministry of　Commerce in 2003 and was included into the data base of the

national excellent　enterprises by China Enterprises’ Union. Since 1988, the

corporation has constructed　125 excellent projects at city, provincial and

national levels; and it has completed　some aiding projects and has contracted

some other projects in more than 10 overseas countries.
